Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you (the “user”) and Shanghai Hejie Health Consulting Co., Ltd. (referred to as “we” or “Changjianda”) for your use of Changjianda products and related services. Please read and understand all terms carefully before registering, logging in, or using the service. By selecting “Agree” or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Services

Changjianda products provide health record management, blood glucose monitoring, health assessments, medication and lifestyle reminders, and remote follow-up for people living with diabetes and other chronic conditions. We may optimize, adjust, or add services as our business develops and will notify you of changes through appropriate methods.

The current version does not use user profiles to deliver personalized content. Reminders and information displayed are based only on plans you actively configure or the synchronization status of connected hardware.

2. Account Registration and Use

  • You must have full civil capacity to use the service. If you are under 18, read these terms with a guardian and obtain the guardian’s consent before use.
  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date so that we can contact you and provide the service.
  • You are responsible for setting and protecting your account credentials. Actions performed through your account are deemed to be performed by you or your authorized representative.
  • If you discover that your account has been compromised or faces a security risk, notify us through customer service immediately.

3. User Conduct

  • Do not use the service to store or publish information that violates laws or regulations or infringes the lawful rights of others.
  • Do not endanger network security, damage system functions, interfere with application operation, or reverse engineer the service.
  • Do not resell, rent, transfer, copy, or scrape service content for commercial purposes.
  • Follow medical advice when using health recommendations. Information in this application is for reference only and does not replace in-person diagnosis or treatment.

4. Personal Information and Privacy

We collect, use, share, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully before using the service. For sensitive information, we follow the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, and necessity and apply strict security measures. You may view, update, delete, or withdraw authorization for relevant information in the app.

5. Device Permissions

To provide core features, we may request system permissions such as location, camera, photos/storage, microphone, notifications, NFC, and Bluetooth. The purpose of each permission is described when it is requested. You can manage or withdraw permissions in system settings at any time; some features may not work after withdrawal.

6. Changes, Interruption, and Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate some services due to business adjustments, maintenance, force majeure, or other reasons and will notify you through in-app notices or other appropriate methods.
  • If you violate laws, regulations, or these terms, we may restrict account permissions or suspend or terminate the service.
  • You may request account cancellation at any time. After cancellation, related information will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Text, graphics, interfaces, code, trademarks, logos, and other materials in the application are protected by intellectual property laws. Ownership belongs to us or the relevant rights holders. Without written permission, no one may copy, reproduce, modify, rent, translate, reverse compile, or otherwise use them.

8. Disclaimer

  • For service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, third parties, network fluctuations, or system maintenance, we will assist with recovery within a reasonable scope but will not assume liability beyond what is required by law.
  • Health recommendations and assessment results are for reference only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified physician for diagnosis or treatment.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first seek to resolve disputes through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring an action before the Jiading District People’s Court of Shanghai.

These terms take effect when you select “Agree” or use the service. If these terms conflict with the Privacy Policy, the more specific provision or applicable law will prevail.
